Purchasing
Once you find a piece of artwork you would like to purchase, click on the images to see a big picture. Click on the 'More info' button below the big picture to find the price of artwork and the easy online purchase form. After receiving your request including your name, email and work number, I will send you an order confirmation you within 12 hours. To order by phone, call +(4202) 5161 7246. After receipt of payment I will mail the artwork to your shipping address. You can be guaranteed the authenticity of the original paintings and the fast service possible along with a money-back guarantee.

Payment
All price includes the cost of delivery by FedEx. The following payment methods are allowed: wire money transfer to the bank account, cashier's check or western union. Feel free to contact us for other payment options, delivery and shipping specifics. I can't accept credit card purchases because of security reason.

Shipping
Artwork is shipped directly from the my art's studio. As soon as we get your payment, I'll send you the painting by Federal Express (FedEx)and e-mail you the tracking number of the package. Handling, shipping and insurance charges for shipments are free. The fast delivery takes 3 days to arrive.

Returns policy
My policy for returns of the my artwork provides satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. You shall have the period of ten (10) days in which to determine approval of and satisfaction with the work. If for any reason you decide not to keep a painting, you will notify me and return the artwork. Please call, 4202-51617246. Upon receipt of returned artwork, you will be reimbursed for total purchase price of work minus he return shipping cost. I ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by me, and that you send your return by FedEx, UPS or DHL.
